Server rank



I was just wondering (since I'm a noob) about the server ranks at the bottom of the home page. You know, where you can see #1's servers and if someone is playing on them.
What does pctile mean? And how does the ranking system work?

When you click on the server you can go to Gametracker.com

A ranked server means you earn XP witch you can use on all other ranked servers. I dunno what rules there are for being a ranked server, but I guess at least you need to stream punkbuster.

The more visitors you get on youre server, the higher you get ranked.

Our place in the list is 707th overall. 81 is a Percentile score. My guess is that is is related to the gametype. So from the servers that play Rush we are 81th. I dunno if this is true, but that is how I read it.

if you compare to our other servers you see the percentile drops if the rank goes up.
so could it be our server is 81procent of it's time filled with people playing ?
that would be an awesome score if you ask me !!

81st percentile means that our server is more popular than 81 percent of the GameTrackers database. So the higher percentile the better.
